General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to all users of the cka44 platform, including the website accessible at cka44.app and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform"). cka44 is an internationally operated online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh and other eligible jurisdictions.

cka44 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with cka44's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the cka44 website, mobile site, and any associated apps or services.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal player account created upon successful registration.
• "Balance" refers to the total real-money funds held within a player's cka44 account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to non-cash promotional credits subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount a player must bet using bonus funds before those funds become withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process cka44 requires before processing withdrawals.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are issued in English. Any translation provided for convenience only shall not override the English version, which shall be the authoritative text in all disputes or interpretations.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the cka44 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. cka44 takes age and eligibility verification seriously and reserves the right to request documentary evidence at any stage of the player relationship.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for, access, or use the cka44 Platform in any capacity. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. cka44 employs age verification checks as part of its KYC process and will immediately close any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 18. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method, less any processing costs, with no exceptions.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in the jurisdiction from which they are accessing the Platform. cka44 does not make any representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. By using the Platform, you warrant that you are not accessing it from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to open or maintain an account on cka44:

• Individuals under the age of 18.
• Employees, contractors, consultants, or agents of cka44 or any affiliated company.
• Immediate family members of the above (spouse, parent, sibling, child).
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from the Platform and whose exclusion period has not yet expired.
• Persons accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
• Persons using VPN, proxy, or other technical means to misrepresent their geographic location.

Account Registration

To access the full range of features available on cka44 — including real-money deposits, betting, live casino games, and withdrawals — you must create a player account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering for a cka44 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate.
• Register only one account per person, per household, and per device.
• Not register an account on behalf of any other person, corporation, or entity.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

cka44 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or photo of the mobile wallet or bank account used for deposits).
• Selfie with identification document, if requested by the compliance team.

cka44 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, limit account functionality, or close an account entirely if satisfactory KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe following a request. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with cka44's Privacy Policy.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cka44 support immediately at [email protected]. cka44 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

cka44 supports a wide range of payment methods specifically selected for the convenience of Bangladeshi players. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and cka44 does not charge any platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via local payment methods.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the cka44 Platform:

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: subject to the limits of your chosen payment method and cka44's internal risk controls.
• Players may set personal daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a limit is set, reductions take effect immediately; increases may be subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts will not have withdrawal requests processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 24 hours, depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests at the time of submission.
• cka44 reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times beyond the standard window.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to conduct fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful transactions on the Platform — including but not limited to the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities. cka44 cooperates fully with law enforcement in all fraud-related investigations.

Bonuses & Promotions

cka44 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence over these general terms.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are awarded at cka44's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are credited to the player's Bonus Balance and must be wagered in full before any associated winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for cka44 bonuses is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary. Live casino, sports betting, and certain jackpot games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion's detail page.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• cka44 reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus if it determines that the player has attempted to abuse the promotion, exploit wagering requirements, or acted in bad faith.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for the cka44 Welcome Bonus. Eligibility, bonus percentage, and maximum bonus amount are as specified in the current Welcome Bonus promotion terms, which can be found on the Promotions section of the Platform. The Welcome Bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, all bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 7 days from the date of issue. Any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the cka44 Platform are subject to these general betting rules. cka44 offers sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), live casino, slots, and instant games. Each product category may have additional specific rules accessible from within the relevant game or market interface.

6.1 General Betting Terms

• All bets are final once confirmed. cka44 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances expressly permitted under these Rules (e.g., market voiding due to event cancellation).
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50 unless otherwise stated for a specific market or game.
• Maximum stake and payout limits vary by market, event, and game. cka44 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet size on any market at any time.
• Odds displayed on the Platform at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet. Subsequent changes to the displayed odds do not affect confirmed bets.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session or bet placement, cka44 will use server-side records to determine the outcome. The decision of cka44's technical team in such circumstances is final.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket is the flagship sport on cka44, with coverage spanning the BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. The following rules apply to all cricket markets:

• For a T20 match to be valid, a minimum of 5 overs per side must be completed (or the match must reach a result under DLS method).
• For an ODI match to be valid, a minimum of 20 overs per side must be completed (or the match must reach a result under DLS method).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or suspended without a result, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Player performance markets (e.g., top batsman, most sixes) will be settled according to the official tournament or governing body scorecard.

6.3 Casino & Slots

All casino games, including live dealer tables and slot titles, are provided by certified third-party game studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems that operate independently of cka44's platform infrastructure. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game's information panel.

6.4 Prohibited Practices

The following betting practices are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings:

• Arbitrage betting or "arbing" — systematically exploiting price discrepancies between cka44 and other platforms.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or betting on the basis of non-public information.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or loopholes to obtain an unfair advantage.

Responsible Gaming

cka44 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among its players. The tools described in this section are available to all registered players at no cost and with no administrative friction — they can be activated from within your account settings at any time.

7.1 Player Protection Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions apply immediately; increases are subject to a review period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive in-session notifications when a chosen play duration has elapsed.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, betting is suspended until the period resets.
• Cool-Off Period: Suspend your account for a defined short period (24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days). Your account remains accessible for withdrawal purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent are available. Exclusions cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends.

7.2 Age Restriction Enforcement

cka44 applies a strict 18+ minimum age policy. Age verification is conducted as part of the standard KYC process and may be triggered at registration, at first withdrawal, or at any point during the player lifecycle at cka44's discretion. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source.

Account Closure

Either party — the player or cka44 — may close a player account under the circumstances described in this section. Account closure does not extinguish any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the date of closure.

8.1 Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected] or by contacting cka44 via live chat. Before closure is processed, cka44 will verify your identity and confirm that any pending withdrawals have been settled. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.

Players seeking account closure for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool rather than a standard account closure, as self-exclusion carries additional safeguards that prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

8.2 Closure by cka44

cka44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.
• Use of prohibited betting practices as described in Section 6.4.
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct directed at cka44 staff or other players.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without legitimate cause.
• Any conduct that cka44, in its reasonable discretion, considers to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

Where an account is closed by cka44 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, cka44 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. cka44 will notify the account holder via the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cka44's total liability to any player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. cka44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

cka44 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical outages, third-party provider failures, or circumstances beyond cka44's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. cka44 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where possible.
